19 weeks

*The baby is now the size of a ... Mango. Whoa.

My first time wearing a full maternity outfit: maternity jean capris and maternity T-shirt!

*How I'm feeling: Great!

*Physical differences from last week: Mike thinks that I've really popped out in the past week or so. I'm definitely feeling more pregnant. I'm still getting a lot of "you don't even look pregnant!" and "where's the baby?" and "when are you going to start showing??" comments. I keep telling everyone that I hope they're still saying that in August. Honestly, it's getting a bit annoying because to me, I look WAY bigger. I think my clothes are just hiding it well.

*What's been on my mind: My baby boy!! Boy boy boy! After being convinced we were having a girl for so long, being told it was a boy was a total shock. But a wonderful shock. I may have teared up. And I couldn't be happier. Shopping and planning for a neutral baby was fun... but this is like a party! I feel a lot more connected to him now, and it all feels so much more real.

*What I'm looking forward to: Fixing up the nursery! We really hit the ground running this weekend. Mike set up the crib, and we did some decor shopping at Target, where we found an awesome wall hanging and a rug. I'll put some pictures up of that stuff once we have it set up properly. Now we just need a dresser, a toy chest, a lamp, a hamper, etc, etc, etc. :)

*Other random thoughts: Last week was a really hectic one at work for both of us. We both worked a lot of extra hours and were pretty much exhausted by the end of the week. But it was also one of the best weeks of my life. During the past week, I felt my baby start to nudge the heck out of me. Mike felt a strong nudge from the outside for the first time. We found out we're having a boy. We got our crib. We made major progress in the nursery. And we named our son. (Yes, he has a name... and we will be announcing it here very soon.) I'm feeling extraordinarily blessed.
