*How I'm feeling: Feeling good. Still not sleeping well, but I think that might be the status quo for a while.
*Physical differences from last week: People are finally noticing and commenting on my bump! The ladies in the PR department were thrilled to see me in a maternity dress yesterday. Slowly but surely, this baby is growing! It will probably still be a while before I get any comments from strangers, but I'm happy that most of the people who know I'm pregnant can finally see a physical difference in me. Here I am on Saturday, sporting a really comfy maternity T-shirt:
For some reason, it seems like I look less pregnant in this photo than in my 17 week photo. I think it's the angle and the color of the shirt. Cuz I've definitely grown a bit.*What's been on my mind: IS IT A BOY OR A GIRL?!? I HAVE TO KNOW!! I've been shopping online for bedding and rugs, and I cannot WAIT until I can narrow that search by 50 percent.
*What I'm looking forward to: The big ultrasound, the big gender unveiling. Three days to go! :-D You'd better hurry up and take our poll, so you can have bragging rights if you guessed correctly.
*Other random thoughts: I don't remember a time when we've been so busy. Even when we were planning our wedding, it didn't seem this crazy - maybe because we had more time to plan for that. Now that the storage unit is full and the carpet is in, we're in really good shape. But it still seems like we have a million things to do (i.e., a million things to buy). A lot of it has to wait until we find out "who's in there," as my mom-in-law says. And then a lot of it I'm just putting off because it requires lots of phone calls and bureaucracy (some financial maneuvers, some insurance changes, etc.). Now would be a great time to have a personal assistant. :)
meg, go back to the way you started your photos...do a plain black or colored tank top that is clingy. you will see the changes more...unless you are daring enough yet to expose the belly fully. ;)
