We're full term today! FULL TERM.
Dearest Rhino,
You are now officially welcome to come on out whenever you would like! Sooner rather than later, please? If you come out early, maybe mommy will buy you a fun new toy for being such a good boy! Ok, ok, I'll buy you toys anyway. You can probably already tell I'm a total sucker.
I've been carrying you in my belly for 37 weeks, and I am ready to carry you in my arms now. Dad is ready, too. Just the other night, he asked, "when is this baby coming out?!?" I can tell he's excited to meet you. (I think he mostly wants to sing the Penn State fight song directly to you without all the interference from my belly.)
You're going to totally change our lives, and we can't wait! Come join the fun!

ReplyDeleteMike took the bump picture today, so I will post it soon! Probably tomorrow or Monday. It's a big bump, oy. After he took it, he looked at the camera and said, "whooooa" under his breath.
