Dear tenant,
Your time is up. We have been patient for many weeks now, but as of midnight tonight, you have officially overstayed your welcome. You have until then to vacate the premises ... or else.
Don't worry -- this does not mean you will be homeless. In fact, some might say you'll even enjoy improved accommodations, including your very own crib, pack n' play and bouncy seat!
Please leave calmly and of your own accord. We don't want to force you out against your will, but we will resort to strong-arm tactics if necessary. Consider yourself warned.
